At Silva Lining Blades, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

  1. Return Window
    We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.                                               To qualify for a return:
    The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
    The item must be in its original packaging
    Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required
    Returns requested after the 14-day window may not be accepted.
  2. How to Start a Return

    The item you wish to return
    The reason for the return
    If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

    Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping
    Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as UPS or USPS.
    Silva Lining Blades is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    Please inspect your order when it arrives.
    If you receive:
    A damaged item
    A defective product
    The wrong item
    Contact us immediately at silvaliningblades@zohomail.com so we can resolve the issue.
    We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:
    Items that have been used, carried, or modified
    Products returned without original packaging
    Sale or clearance items
    Gift cards
    If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before shipping it back.
  6.  Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to:
    Return the original item following the return process.
    Place a new order for the replacement item once the return is approved.
  7. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
    If approved:
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    Processing may take up to 10 business days
    Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
    If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
  8. Final Sale Items: All items listed under this section will not be refundable. Cannot be exchanged or turned in for store credit. No exceptions.
