Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours during normal business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Silva Lining Blades is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
